How We Began

Our personal experience with pool cleaning services is a big part of what motivated us to start this business. Wishing for reliable pool professionals to turn to, we were frustrated with the level of service and expertise provided by many “companies.” Some of them would show up in an old truck with no business name on the side and in random T-shirts and shorts. They provide mediocre levels of service at best.

Mike and Bobbi both had successful careers in prior businesses where they learned how to provide excellent customer service to clients and the public. Because of our experience, we knew that we could do a far better job in helping the families of Phoenix, Arizona with all of their pool care needs. That’s when we started our new company, Family First Pool Service.
